Chronic Inflammation

Seven out of the top ten causes of death in America, this including diabetes and cancer, can be associated with chronic inflammation?  Inflammation is our body's natural response to any problem or injury for fighting infection & repairing damage in the body. A problem is that inflammation can stick around and actually begin attacking healthy cells.

Obesity - Don't wait to loose weight


Stop eating the Chemicals now, especially MSG and GMO or you may stay that way - Obese!  

I just discovered that GMO foods also cause obesity also.

The he longer one remains overweight, the more "irreversible" obesity will be per-a-study. 
Note the Oct.24 in the Journal of Clinical Investigation.
