Alzheimer disease: Fish and n-3 fatty acids


With about 50 years of selling us fat free milk, fat free chips, fat free bean, low fat hamburger, fat free this and fat free that, we now get dementia in one form or another.  Some will get it sooner and others later.

Have you stated forgetting thing like when you walk into a room and you wonder why you went in there.  There are two things you can do about it.

1. Eat cold water fish such as salmon and/ or trout.
Sounds like about 2000 mg of fish oil a day spread throughout the day.































































































































































































The RESULTS of a study:

Those who consumed fish at least once per week and about 1900 mg of fish oil, the risk of Alzheimer disease was reduced by 60% compared with those who rarely or never ate fish.  

The CONCLUSION of the study:

Daily intake of n-3 fatty acids and weekly consumption of fish may reduce the risk of incident Alzheimer disease.

2.  Eat coconut oil every day.  Best and the most healthy oil to cook with.  Check out youtube with people and coconut oil.
If Alzheimer disease.has started, it can be turned around.  If you are loosing your memory, this may be the start. Put these 2 foods together and you will turn the health clock back.
