Pistachios, diabetes and inflammation in the body

Pistachios may help prevent diabetes


      A study finds that Type 2 diabetes may be prevented by eating pistachio nuts. Especially if you’re already at risk of developing the disease. Blood sugar was reduced in people given about two ounces of pistachios daily and showed a significant reduction in insulin levels. Body inflammation was also reduced.
